Employee Spotlight - May 2023

Every month, we ask employees to nominate their peers for our "Living the Values" challenge. The nominations are submitted whenever another employee witnesses a peer living out one of our core values in the workplace:

This challenge was started in March 2023 and congratulations goes to Susan Rampersad for being the May winner!

Value: We care personally

Nomination: Susan works long hours, emailing and calling customers multiple times a week to collect payments from our customers. She treats the customer balances as if it is money owed to her personally, trying to collect as much as possible. She reaches out to team members throughout Dray as needed to resolve customer issues to resolve any disputes that will resolve issues to unlock customer payments. She has gone as far as reaching out to contacting customer members on LinkedIn to make connections. Our over 60+ past due balance has reduced by 87% in the last 6 months, thanks to Susan's efforts.
